We’re Carbon Neutral – Because It’s the Right Thing to Do

At FT Pipeline Systems Ltd, we don’t just talk about sustainability, we act on it. We’re proud to announce that we’ve officially achieved Carbon Neutral status. Through our partnership with Carbon Neutral Britain™, we’ve measured and offset our total carbon footprint, and are now certified as a Carbon Neutral Business.

In the UK, businesses are responsible for up to 85% of total greenhouse gas emissions, making corporate climate action essential. We took this responsibility seriously. In April 2025, we partnered with Carbon Neutral Britain to measure and offset emissions across our entire operation. As a national supplier of pipes and fittings, our largest emissions source came from outbound deliveries, and that’s exactly where we focused.

This project was led by our newest team member, Jonathan Phipps, who joined us in January 2025 and hit the ground running taking on this challenge. Jonathan said: “I’m incredibly proud to have led the project that completed the Carbon (GHG) Emissions report and secured Carbon Neutral Certification for FT Pipeline Systems Ltd! I was responsible for compiling and completing our carbon emissions report, ensuring every detail was accurate and aligned with sustainability best practices. It’s been a rewarding journey, and I’m grateful to have played a key role in helping FT Pipeline Systems take this important step toward sustainability.”
