New Company Structure as FT Group Expands

As a result of recent expansion across all the divisions of the FT Group, the time has come to reorganise to form four separate businesses. Each new company will remain under the FT Group banner and will come into effect on 1st May 2024.
You will still be able to contact all four companies on the existing telephone number: 01543 416024 via a menu.
All of the products you currently buy from us will still be available – we aim to make the transition as seamless as possible. The new arrangement will be:
- FT Pipeline Systems Ltd – supplier of coated and lined steel water pipes and fittings, Canusa, end caps, spacers, locking lids and smart meters / smart posts, liquid epoxies / PU repair products, Defendastrip, and steel flanges.
- FT Ductile Ltd – ductile iron pipe and fittings, VJs and couplings and associated products.
- FT Water Treatment Ltd – dual containment hose and chemical dosing solutions
- FT Gas Control Systems Ltd – pressure reducing systems for natural gas and hydrogen along with all associated gas regulators and safety products.
