The butt weld joint is great for use with potable water and sewage sludge. Welded pipe joints mean that there is no risk of leaks or corrosion.
Diameters: 80mm – 4000mm
Steel Grades: L235, L275, L355 acc EN 10225
Linings: Cement Mortar Lining to DWI 25 (1) (a), DWI 31 (4) (a), and Epoxy Lining to DWI 31 (4) (a).

Uses: Potable Water & Sewage Sludge
Internal Repair: Required for epoxy (epoxy repair kits held in stock). No repair needed for cement mortar.
Pressure Rating: 1-150 bar depending on steel grade, OD and wall thickness.
Realistic Usability: Sizes above 900mm where man entry is allowed for internal joint repair. Mortar linings require no internal repair on any diameter.
Joint Type: External Butt Weld joint.
Fittings: Butt Weld fittings made to suit.
Aim: No corrosion, no leaks.
