European Distributor Appointed for Water Treatment Division
Posted on Oct 03, 2018The Water Treatment Division of FT Pipeline Systems is delighted to announce that, due to ever increasing sales in Europe, we have appointed a European distributor for our range of flexible dual contained chemical dosing hose. Lortub, a French company based in Joeuf close to the French / German border, is ideally situated to serve the European water market and has extensive knowledge of the industry having been a manufacturer of steel pipe fittings since 1986.
Lortub has been a supply partner to FT Pipeline Systems’ steel pipeline division for many years and we are confident that our already strong working relationship will benefit our customers.
Our dual contained hose has been well received by water companies within Europe and further afield due to its flexibility. Rigid double containment pipework is used extensively on the continent and so the idea of a flexible dosing hose which, in the unlikely event of a leak, can contain the leaked liquid within the jacket has proved very popular. Its flexibility also enables the pipework to be routed more easily which is another advantage compared to rigid pipe.
