PRS Built to Meet Exact Requirements
Posted on Sep 18, 2019The gas division of FT Pipeline Systems was recently approached to build a new Pressure Reducing System for a critical industrial process. The customer had been struggling to manage with their existing equipment for around 12 months as it was unable to supply gas at the correct pressures and volumes.
FTPS’ task was to design a new PRS unit using our world-leading Gascat controls, and in particular the Brise Plus valve, which would fit within their existing site kiosk, connect to the existing site pipework and meet all of their pressure and volume requirements.
A member of our team provided a 3D design of the PRS to fit the existing space and pipework. The unit fitted perfectly, has been successfully installed and the customer now has exactly what they need which will remain in use for many years to come.
