HS2 Diversion Work
Posted on Apr 03, 2019FT Pipeline Systems has recently won contract awards for two schemes involved with diversion work as a direct result of HS2. Both projects will install 800mm diameter coated and lined steel pipe: Scheme 1 is a twin 200m crossing and Scheme 2 is 65m single crossing.
Due to the nature of the job the pipework has been made in 4 metre lengths which will be lowered into a shaft and welded up. FT Pipelines have also provided spacers with anti-screw Apogee rollers at 2m centres to assist with the auger bore installation.
